HOW TO USE
==========
Repeater is a simple little program that takes its command line input (like file
names, options, etc.) and places it in a dialog box.  Its intended use is to
temporarily replace any program to determine what's being passed to it.  You must
have the Visual Basic 6 runtime files (msvbvm60.dll, among others).
